Delivery information

Preparation time: On average 24 to 48 hours (according to some orders it can take up to 7 days)

3 delivery options:

• Lettre suivie

The parcels are delivered at home within 48h to 72h * Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in metropolitan France. No signature is requested. Your package will be delivered in mailbox if the size coincides.

• Colissimo

The parcels are delivered at home within 48h to 72h * Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in metropolitan France. The parcel will be given to you only against signature and presentation of an identity document.

• Mondial Relay

The parcels are delivered in one of the 6000 Relay Points of the Mondial Relay network in France, Belgium and Luxembourg within 72 hours *.

NB: a delay of 24h to 48h may be necessary on the carrier sites before the status of the package appears.

The carrier times indicated above are to be taken into account from the departure of the parcel of our premises.
